Your Mission:

Are you ready to power up your marketing career? We're seeking a passionate and talented Product Marketing Manager to take our company to new heights. In this role, you'll be the glue between our customers and product, you'll foster collaboration among our product, marketing, and sales teams. Leveraging your expertise in energy trading or a related field, you'll drive our Go-to-Market strategy, craft compelling messaging and positioning, develop enablement materials, and spearhead in-platform marketing communications.

Your Responsibilities / What you’ll do:

Your responsibilities will include building an in-depth understanding of our customers, our product and our vision. 

  • Product Launch
    • Lead the strategy and execution of the GTM for new product developments, and tracking it’s success
    • Collaborate internally with Product (to fully understand innovations & features), Sales (to bring our product to the energy trading world)
    • Develop clear and compelling product narratives and positioning by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces
    • Plan and execute our cross-functional GTM journey based on real customer examples, empower Sales teams to understand key product features and functionalities and their application to specific use cases 
    • Create content for product related materials and communications such as: one-pagers, pitch decks, product launch emails and blog posts
    • Create content for events, sales and customer success training and marketing content related to product 
  • Product Marketing Strategy
    • Gain insight into our target personas and their buying needs and continuously refine our ICP based on market insights and new product developments
    • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launch) based on data and market insights
    • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
    • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
    • Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team

Your profile / What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years in Marketing
  • At least 3 years exclusively in Product Marketing 
  • Experience with writing content in English
  • Experienced in crafting educational and engaging content
  • Fundamental project management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Fluent in English, and another European language is advantageous
  • Autonomous and result-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Enthusiasm for tackling challenges in a fast-paced setting and delivering exceptional outcomes
  • Eagerness to adapt and go the extra mile to drive company success
  • Ability to balance being hands-on and strategic in approach
  • You are a curious innovator, who likes to test and learn new things
