InterVision Company is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations & Analytics responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with our overall marketing and corporate objectives, while also ensuring the campaign strategy is aligned with the product messaging.

  • Salesforce experience a MUST. Complex reporting and workflows
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Power BI experience
  • GA4 experience required
  • 6sense experience a plus, or other ABM platforms/reporting
  • Marketo experience a plus
  • Excellent communications skills

Some Of The Exciting Work You Will Encounter

  • Develop, customize, and integrate the marketing technology stack to support campaign processes, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Tracking and reporting the entire marketing funnel and marketing’s impact on it including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average contract value.
    • Weekly reporting on campaigns- template provided
    • Monthly reporting on campaigns against monthly marketing spends for analysis on return of investment
    • Monthly reporting to be provided to our Board of Directors
    • Weekly reports to BDRs and Specialty Sales Teams on leads, intent accounts, and funnel progression.
    • Quarterly reports that roll up weekly and monthly campaigns for analysis
    • Annual reporting based on data for the quarters rolled up to an analysis and recommendation for the coming year.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations team to maintain and scale our marketing stack as well as the CRM system integrated. For not just today’s needs, but for the future as well.
  • Serve as the central source for all marketing infrastructure, processes, and technologies that enable marketing teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Create and contribute to the campaign strategy through a thorough understanding of InterVision’s product offerings. Using Product Marketing and Product team’s messaging and product briefs as a source to determine campaign elements like persona, verticals, segmentation, targets.
  • Suggest and research new and advanced areas for reporting to provide greater visibility into the marketing functions.
