Position Overview

This position is responsible for the execution and deployment of the SiteOne Pricing strategy. This role supports the Pricing Director as well as Field leaders in executing Pricing Administration, Reporting, Analysis and Continuous Improvement projects. This role is critical to ensure that SiteOne is able to deliver accurate and consistent pricing to our field and customers.

Duties And Responsibilties

  • Pricing System Administration
    • Rapid response to NA pricing needs
    • Monitoring and management of National Account customer pricing
    • Loading/ adding/ changing system pricing
    • Research on field questions regarding pricing
  • Reporting
    • Negative GM% reporting / pacing
    • Developing Audit reporting and process to ensure pricing integrity
    • Developing and implementing pricing compliance reporting/analysis
    • Developing and implementing monthly/quarterly pricing reports
  • Analysis
    • Deep dive area analysis for GM% opportunities
    • Review category/ item performance to improve system pricing
    • Competitive pricing development and execution
    • Pull data with queries for annual pricing reviews
    • Support ad-hoc analysis requests for National Accounts team
  • Continuous Improvement
    • National Account meeting prep and RFP support
    • Support business process changes and identify areas of opportunity
    • Develop automation to streamline price administration
    • Support CI projects as needed
Skills We Are Seeking

  • Strong understanding of price administration systems
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and drive automation and efficiency
  • Lead and influence people, process and/or technology change
  • Self-motivated with an ability to bring a start-up-like mentality
  • Advanced excel skills required
  • Microsoft SQL skills preferred
  • Ability to gather data, analyze and propose business driven solutions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with and persuade individuals at all levels, will need to actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization
  • Employee must be able to multi-task under pressure; ability to communicate key information and process changes while working in a fast-paced environment

Education And Experience

  • Education Requirements: BA/BS
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, finance or analytics or related work experience
