  • Job Title: Genesys Cloud Developer
  • Location: Remote
  • Tax Term (W2, C2C): C2C/W2
  • Job Type (Permanent/Contract) : Contract
  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Pay Range: $50-$60/hr. C2C

Roles & Responsibilities/Education/Qualification :

  • Strong Experience within Telecommunication having worked on Contact Center Technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of Inbound and Outbound (preview, power, progressive) call routing.
  • Routing logic experience, configuration of Queues and Skills and associated routing (Standard, Bullseye or Preferred Routing).
  • Real time troubleshooting IVR call flow, telephony, call quality, functionality and usability verification.
  • Strong Genesys Architect experience and Integration of various / multiple channels into Genesys.
  • Subject matter expertise in Genesys PureCloud Contact Center and AppFoundry integrations.
  • Design, implementation, and support of Genesys Cloud solutions, including the migration of Avaya to Genesys cloud.
