As the connector between the franchise owner, franchise staff, and clients, you're the leader of the mission, bringing everyone together to work cohesively toward that goal. Daily work in this role includes

  • Lead and Inspire Guide a team of caring professionals to deliver an excellent experience to every client every day.
  • Drive Success Ensure our location thrives by managing daily operations, driving membership, promoting retail sales, and achieving performance goals.
  • Foster Growth Provide ongoing training and mentorship to empower your team to improve and grow.
  • Ensure Excellence Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
  • Build Relationships Develop positive relationships with employees, members, and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.
  • Resolve Challenges Guide the sales and customer service team to positively resolve customer challenges.
  • Promote Wellness Help clients on their wellness journeys by driving membership, promoting retail sales, and partnering with the franchisee to set and achieve performance goals.
  • Operational Excellence Manage inventory, deposits, and ensure compliance with all labor and employment laws, including local and state licensing laws.
  • Foster a Positive Culture Create a strong workplace culture where employees feel valued, recognized, and connected to the mission.

Compensation $18-$20 depending on experience
