Graduate Program Details
Position: Graduate Internship
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Compensation: Paid
Work Hours: USA business Hours. Timezone: EST, PST, CST or MST


Responsibility

  • Work closely with the product owner, UX designer, Development, and DevOps teams, perform testing activities in an Agile development environment, and deliver high-quality applications in a collaborative manner

  • Focus on functional testing, may also support non-functional testing, such as performance testing, etc.

  • Report testing progress timely, highlight risks to stakeholders and manage defects

  • Be responsible for software testing and quality assurance of the product

  • Understand and analyze requirements, prepare test data, design and execute test cases via manual and/or automation testing, and follow testing standards

  • Adopt and develop automation framework/tools, continuously improving automated test suites

  • Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements

  • Develop effective test strategies and plans




Requirements
  1. Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
  2. Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
  3. Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
  4. Basic Git experience
  5. Experience using Kotlin,  Java, python or C++
  6. The ideal candidate will be with both manual and automation testing skills and able to support Agile SDLC
  7. Basic knowledge of manual testing and automation framework (BDD / Data Driven / Selenium / TestNg /etc.)

General Requirements
  1. Completed a Bachelor's degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Master's or PhD program.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while also contributing to a team environment.
  5. Must have the equipment and environment to work remotely (laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, quiet, conducive space).
