Senior Software Engineer

Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits). Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements. Custom User Interface development, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components. Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization and integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST Services. Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development. Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new updates to existing applications and code. Collaborate with IT/Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business. Support Salesforce Administrator. Support applications and solve configuration and environment issues. Utilize experience in Pardot implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector. Build, customize and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) environment. Utilize experience in declarative customization including the creation of Flow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Workflow rules, Reports and Dashboards. Develop custom web pages using web component, HTML, LIT, and TypeScript. Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies such as Salesforce and Jenkins. Effectively debug and resolve technical issues and/or defects. Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required. Provide technical mentoring to less experienced employees in Salesforce. Drive architecture/design sessions at a feature level. Contribute to product development by identifying industry change, listening to user needs, capturing feedback and communicating that feedback to the business. In connection with above duties, utilize experience in: User Management; Process Builder/Workflow; SOQL; SOSL; Unit Testing using Apex; HTML; CSS; Security Management; Data Analysis; JavaScript; and creating lightning applications.

Telecommuting (work from home) permitted within metropolitan statistical area.

Salary: $139,464.00 - $168,800.00
