Your missions

As a Sales Development Representative, you will report to the Sales Development Manager, and will be a critical part of our team, helping generate sales leads through business development outreach prospecting.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct a high volume of personalized cold calls and cold emails to target prospects
  • Create short, compelling prospect outreach emails explaining rater8’s value proposition, customized to each potential client to generate product demos
  • Accurately track sales opportunities and prospective customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to develop effective business development strategies
  • Create other marketing and sales collateral to support sales efforts as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product features, and benefits
  • Achieve monthly lead generation goals

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ years of sales experience OR experience in the healthcare industry
  • An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills
  • Discipline towards meeting targets and ready to work hard
  • A compelling storyteller and excellent writer
  • Optimistic in the face of challenges and rejection
  • Able to “leave no stone unturned” when prospecting into accounts
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and able to learn new products and processes quickly
  • An interest in Reputation Management for medical practices
  • Willing to continuously learn, receive and implement coaching, and collaborate with team members
