This role will report into DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Program Management team, which oversees programmatic success across all Value Based Care (VBC) product lines. The IKC Program Management team is responsible for managing program outcomes for our high-growth national VBC business with over $5B of medical spend under management. We are a highly motivated, fast-paced team with extensive experience in operations, managed care, and consulting, and are at the center of DaVita’s strategy to evolve from fee for service to value based care. We work in a collaborative environment with a differential focus on both professional and personal growth.

The Manager – IKC Strategy is a key member of this team responsible for driving quality performance and growth in all of our VBC programs (public and private).  This individual will need to bring a mix of strategy and operational pragmatism to understand what it takes to outperform and then translate that into operational strategies that drive clinical and financial results. Critical to success in this role is an ability to work collaboratively to manage multiple work streams across Operations, Model of Care, Physician Engagement and other partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and improve processes to support outperformance in VBC programs at scale

  • Drive growth across programs through focused and lasting efforts

  • Thought partner to operations leaders to guide them on priorities, and opportunities across VBC programs

  • Participate in cross-functional teams to build scalable, sustainable processes to drive lasting change

  • Support implementation of new VBC programs and changes to existing programs

  • Build strong relationships across the organization to support the execution, implementation, and success of our value-based programs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Innovative and flexible thinker who can drive multiple projects simultaneously across multiple teams

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing

  • Person that thrives in an ambiguous, dynamic, high-energy, and fast-paced environment

  • Passion for building trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders to create tangible results

  • Has developed/led strategic initiatives to drive growth/progression

  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • 3-6 years of work experience

  • 1-3 years of Management experience

  • Consulting experience preferred

  • Experience in value-based care or healthcare preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or advanced degree preferred

Salary/ Wage Range

$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
