At Parexel, we all share the same goal - to improve the world's health. From clinical trials to regulatory, consulting, and market access, every clinical development solution we provide is underpinned by something special - a deep conviction in what we do.

Each of us, no matter what we do at Parexel, contributes to the development of a therapy that ultimately will benefit a patient. We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.

This specific role will be aligned to support key parts of Parexel’s Clinical Development and Project Delivery business unit.  This will involve working with key stakeholders in different parts of the Clinical Development delivery team to help them define and drive their learning strategy, in a way that helps them meet or exceed key business goals, align with critical regulatory expectations, satisfy client demands and ensuring patients remain the focus of our efforts.  This role will coordinate with other TBPs supporting across Parexel, including other parts of Clinical Development.

  • Credible Expertise: Use deep (or actively developing) clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust with key leaders, challenge assumptions and influence how the business unit invests in training

  • Project Management: Lead all training workstreams and training design projects and manage them through the project lifecycle.  Manage multiple projects at the same time.

  • Curriculum Management:  Provide counsel and high-level oversight on all role-based curricula assignments

  • Quality Management: Ensure training delivery quality and the content meets business and regulatory requirements. Collect feedback on all responsible training content to ensure continuous improvements

  • Manage Compliance: In partnership with the business leaders and SMEs, identify the right target audience, assign appropriate training and report on compliance. Assess compliance with business and function leaders on a regular basis

  • Keep key stakeholders informed:  Sustain the appropriate communication with businesses, functions and regional audiences regarding the availability of new and existing training opportunities

  • Learning Advisor: Guide business leaders in monitoring the amount of training being prescribed to employees, ensuring only the right amount of time is being invested
