REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Advanced (Tier 4)
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 20hrs/wk
SHIFT TIME ZONE: Australian Central Time Zone
SHIFT HOURS: 7am to 11am ACST
SHIFT DAYS:  Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
  • Answering Calls and Taking Details: Respond to incoming phone calls, greet callers, and collect necessary information.
  • Reminding client on dates: To follow up with quotes, keeping the client organised
  • CRM Management: Maintain client's customer relationship management (CRM) system, update client records, and manage communication.
  • Email Management: Handle email correspondence, organize messages, and prioritize urgent matters.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Qualifications
  • Pleasant Personality: As a customer-facing role, a friendly and professional demeanor is essential.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Be open to working in shifts if required.
Software Knowledge
  • Xero: Familiarity with Xero accounting software is a plus.
  • 3CX: Knowledge of 3CX phone system is advantageous.
  • CRM: Pipedrive
