Your missions

AI Strategy and Adoption​ Specialist

Key Role:

Provide advisory services on current and emerging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to support organizational goals and strategy. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with delivering technology consulting services or solutions to customers in a professional environment
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating effectively across departments and contributing to decision-making at all levels of the organization
  • 3+ years of experience with managing and organizing technology projects, including requirements analysis, change management, and process improvement workflows such as the System Development Life Cycle or AI Operations Lifecycle
  • Experience with sourcing, evaluating, and implementing AI technology applications through technology analysis, end-user research, go-to-market strategy, managing partnerships, and customer relationship building
  • Experience working with AI technology stacks, including Generative or Vision, and data management principles
  • Experience with mitigating challenges and developing creative solutions to address resistance and barriers to adoption in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with identifying success metrics and analyzing data to determine the impact of change efforts
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with business development and growing an AI or analytics business for U.S. Government clients
  • Experience with establishing enterprise-wide Agile processes and standards to increase organizational effectiveness
  • Experience with delivering enterprise-scale solutions, including data management, governance, or analytics within government or regulated environments
  • Experience with modern Cloud computing technologies, including AWS or Azure
  • Experience with Scrum software development methodologies
  • Master's degree
  • AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Certification
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
