Your missions

Proposal Compliance Auditor

Key Role:

Work collaboratively on the industry-leading team with proposal managers, volume leads, and proposal team members to prepare compliance matrices based on government solicitations that exhibit 100% coverage of requirements from the request for proposal. Apply skills in response to solicitations to ensure the proposal team submits a compliant proposal and coordinate with proposal teams to address and provide guidance and expertise to address compliance items. Be an integral part of the proposal team and with opportunities to grow into managing and leading other aspects of the proposal and capture process. Audit proposals against compliance matrices and identify deficiencies with varying levels of severity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the government services industry

  • Knowledge of the structure and location of the typical sources of auditable requirements in a request for proposal, including Sections L and M

  • Ability to lead compliance audits of complex government proposals featuring verbal presentations and written documents in the submission

  • Ability to audit proposals against compliance matrices and identify deficiencies with varying levels of severity

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with government proposal development

  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
