About the Role

You will be responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing revenue, from software sales within a client account. You will drive to build relationships at senior decision-maker level within legal firms. You will work successfully in a testing and commercially driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding the clients own strategic direction and recommending how our solutions can help them achieve their goals
  • Finding pain points and presenting back your recommendations that will drive results
  • Building relationships at a senior-level to drive the clients best use of our solutions
  • Delivering against the target number and overall business delivers against its growth targets
  • Taking ownership of your customers retention and growth of their maintenance and support lines
  • Collaborating with other Account Managers to ensure we are working as efficiently and effectively
  • Contributing to the escalation processes requiring cross-functional effort to support key clients

Requirements

  • Have a commercial background with an appreciation of customer drivers and success criteria
  • Display excellent customer interaction skills, and demonstrable ability to establish credibility within the market
  • Demonstrate consistent focus on ensuring that the customer perspective is the driving force behind business decisions
  • Have the ability to communicate product and service value and ‘story’ to customer facing teams
  • Be able to operate from high-level articulation of customer value to detailed delivery of key requirements
  • Experience within the legal or technology market and an understanding of the dynamics that are driving change
  • Have problem-solving approach to help deliver on each client’s unique strategy
  • Be able to travel on an occasional basis
