Opportunity

We are growing our team in Kuala Lumpur and looking for hardworking individuals with client-facing experience.

As the Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be fostering intimate relationships and being a trusted advisor to our customers. This role focuses primarily on driving the value creation and execution of the retention strategy to ensure adoption, integration and expansion of our solutions into the daily workflow of our customers and end-users. You will work mainly with client groups in compliance, audit, legal and risks functions in financial services, accounting firms, regulators, insurance, energy and other industries undergoing regulatory change.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the customer success strategy for assigned accounts to drive revenue retention
  • Monitor customer health, adoption metrics, renewals and implement customer success plans
  • Act as a go-to person and provide subject matter expertise to clients in your portfolio
  • Deliver highly engaging customized product trainings based on user workflow and their requirements
  • Partner with the Account Managers and Sales Leaders to provide insights on customer health to drive retention and growth of Risk & Compliance solutions
  • Provide insights to Market Development, Customer Operations and Customer Proposition on customer experience and industry trends to drive the voice of the customer in business strategy
  • Participate in industry events alongside the team to foster networking, brand presence, and stay up to date on industry trends
Required Skills & Experience
  • A few years of validated customer success or client relationship experience
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English to support our APAC customers
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skills with ability to flex style depending on audience
  • Very meticulous and able to work under high demand situation
  • Proactive and positive demeanor to go above and beyond to increase customer happiness and deepen relationships
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
  • Previous experience in World Check solutions and or other screening solutions
