About The Opportunity
Netrix Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to manage the renewal process for a specific segment of our Managed Services clients. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth client transitions and maximizing our recurring revenue stream.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Proactively identify upcoming renewals for assigned transactional Managed Services accounts.
- Utilize our Salesforce CRM system to accurately quote renewals, ensuring pricing and service details reflect current agreements.
- Initiate communication with assigned customers regarding upcoming renewals, clearly outlining terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales & Delivery) to ensure renewal quotes reflect accurate device counts and service configurations.
- Manage the entire renewal lifecycle, from initial contact to final signature completion and contract execution.
- Answer and address customer inquiries related to billing, including pricing, invoicing, and payment options.
- Maintain clear and concise records within Salesforce for all renewal and billing activity.
- Process renewals on time and meet established deadlines.
- Identify and escalate any potential renewal roadblocks, customer concerns, or billing discrepancies to the appropriate internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth renewal process and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
What You Will Bring To The Table
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management role.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven experience using Salesforce CRM software.
- Comfortable navigating technical data and working with contracts.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve renewal discrepancies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work during US business hours.
Bonus points:
- Experience working within the IT or Managed Services industry.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar eSignature platforms.
- Knowledge of basic billing principles and terminology.
- Experience collaborating with a Sales team.
