JOB PURPOSE

Calling all Senior SEO Consultants who know how to distill long-term SEO strategies into crystal clear marketing liquid: Our Search Engine Optimisation team is S(E)O interested in meeting you!

As Senior SEO Consultant, you are a true expert when it comes to getting that #1 organic position in Google. You will be responsible for SEO projects from start to finish. Based on data and with the help of multiple tools you will create long-term SEO strategies, and you will be responsible for extensive technical analysis and creating SEO content strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being end-responsible for the biggest clients and accounts the SEO team has;
  • Delegating tasks to other SEO specialists in your client team: teamwork makes the dreamwork;
  • Create long-term SEO strategies and work together with the members of the management team;
  • Set up and create implementation plans, workflows for clients, but also on internal projects;
  • Being the example of the SEO team members and creating a vision of where the SEO team should head towards to.
  • Help junior/medior/senior colleagues grow during 1:1 buddy-sessions by answering their questions, giving feedback and set-up a plan.
  • Thought leadership by promoting SEO internally at DEPT®, but also at clients to create a support base

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SEO, preferably at a digital marketing agency;
  • Are experienced with using SEO tooling like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, Semrush etc.;
  • Are looking forward to sharing your knowledge with less experienced people in the team, and pushing the SEO proposition within DEPT®;
  • Have an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Are analytical, technical, independent and have good communication skills.
