Your Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will advance the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that drive demand and ensure the success of our product portfolio. You will work closely with the Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to create compelling messaging, positioning and segmentation for our products.

  • Product Messaging & Positioning: Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that translates product capabilities into unique and meaningful business outcomes that resonate with our target audience
  • Go-to-market Strategy: Collaborate with the Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to shape product and feature launches that position SPARETECH as an industry leader, generate qualified leads, engage existing customers and drive user adoption
  • Voice of the Customer: Empathize with customer challenges and advocate on their behalf, turning inspiring stories and feedback into compelling messaging and features.
  • Market Research: Conduct market and competitive analysis to better understand first party data, market dynamics, customer segments, competitor offerings, buyer behavior Using actionable insights to improve our differentiation, increase sales effectiveness, and inform product strategy
  • Content Development: Facilitate the creation of high-quality content including pitch decks, demos, case studies, videos, website pages, solution guides, and other sales enablement materials to drive demand and align to key personas, industries, and stages of the buyer journey
  • Continued Learning: Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Become a part of our team if you
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. German is a plus
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects that have short deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Have the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams
  • Have superb analytical skills in gathering information from various sources and teasing out the “so-what” to make effective strategic decisions - translating technical input in customer value
  • Nice to have: Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, and marketing products in the tech industry
