Trip Arc is looking for Platform Sales & Enablement Manager located on the West Coast who excels in driving platform adoption and creating meaningful relationships with our West Coast travel agencies. This talented individual will drive business growth and adoption of our booking platform ADX by identifying opportunities using a consultative sales approach alongside our member relations team. They will strategically oversee the platform sales process, from meticulous lead assessment to securing new clientele. Additionally, they will enhance market visibility by actively engaging in events and initiatives to promote our ADX platform. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze target markets and identify potential agencies to target adoption of our platform. 
  • Drive the overall value proposition on all opportunities by using selling skills and strong story telling during the sales/adoption cycle. 
  • Keep potential agencies informed of new products, services and operating changes. 
  • Effectively manage new platform adoption agencies within your region during their ramp-up phase. 
  • Coordinate with sales operations, enablement, and member relations on shared goals and KPIs 
  • Maintain accurate records and up-to-date client information on all targeted agencies through the CRM tool. 

Qualifications: 

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in business development within the travel advisor community or progressive travel agency industry experience with a history of proven business success.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills with proven ability to influence external prospects.
  • Naturally curious with a strong determination to work around obstacles.
  • Takes ownership, initiative and is self-directed.
  • Collaborative and confident with sound judgment.
  • Has a straightforward style and can quickly generate trust with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Embraces challenge and has the desire to be a part of a fast-growing company where the only constant is change.
  • A results-driven and forward-looking perspective. Holds self and others accountable.
  • This role requires approximately 20%-40% travel.
