Position Overview:

ServiceNow is currently looking for Sn. Purchasing Analyst to support out global purchasing (indirect) operations based out of Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will work in coordination with Vendor/ Supplier enablement, Business Users, Contract management/Legal/Risk team and act as a bridge connecting all the teams involved to enable the procurement in the most efficient, cost effective and qualitative process.

What you get to do in this role:

• Support PR to PO process, contracts negotiation/execution, vendor selection and onboarding.

• Set procurement strategies and perform all aspects of the procurement of services; including negotiate pricing, discounts, and terms with vendors.

• Resolve procedural, operational, and other work-related problems such as contract compliance and negotiation issues by coordinating with different teams.

• Draft, negotiate and execute contracts in close collaboration with legal and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance as per the Procure to Pay policy and guidelines while executing responsibilities.

• Work with internal development teams on implementation of any new features and enhancements.

• Work on Process documentation and standardization.

To be successful in this role you have:

An energetic and ambitious procurement professional with 5 to 10 years of experience working in a rapid growth company, preferably in a software domain.

• The candidate should be flexible to work independently with minimal guidance and also in a team environment.
• Should be comfortable to work cross-functionally with dependent teams.
• Ability to read complex situations and be proactive in solutions.
• Demonstrate influencing and change management skills. Excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines.
• Experience in handling diverse categories – IT, Marketing, Professional Services, WPS, Contingent workforce.
• Work effectively across time zones with key stakeholders based across geographies.
• Working knowledge on SAP or other ERP systems
• Basic knowledge on reviewing/drafting procurement contracts
• Analyze data to prepare reports for leadership, utilizing basic to advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Tableau or Power BI reporting as an added advantage.
