We are looking for a Senior Integrated Designer who is highly proficient in both Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our global team. You will be responsible for adapting and localising video content across a variety of clients for multiple medias (TV, Cinema, online/social, DOOH etc). You will provide post production experience and knowledge and technical proficiency in our growing creative & experience production team. You will have a keen eye for detail and by collaborating with our producers you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients’ ambition, production values and commercial targets.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in digital design roles
- 5-8+ year of experience in a web design or agency environment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience across a diverse range of digital design work, particularly emphasising social media content that includes both static and animated digital designs.
- Proficiency in Design Software: Expertise in tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing: Proficient in creating motion graphics and editing short-form videos, utilising software like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of Interactive Design: Skills in crafting designs with attention to how motion and animation can enhance user interaction.
- Strong Visual and Creative Skills: A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and graphic design, with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Understanding of Web Development Principles: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with development teams and understand the technical limitations and possibilities.
- Innovative Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to design challenges, with a willingness to explore new ideas and innovative solutions.
- Utilising Advanced Language Models in Design: Experience or a keen interest in leveraging advanced language models like ChatGPT for creative and design processes. This includes using these models for brainstorming concepts, generating content ideas, assisting in copywriting for design elements, and enhancing overall creative workflow efficiency. Familiarity with integrating AI tools into the design process can be a significant asset.
What we’re looking for
- Emphasis on Interactive Experience: your role will be centred on digital design with a keen awareness that user interfaces are not static entities. Your responsibility will be to create assets that are not only visually appealing but also deeply interactive, reflecting the dynamic nature of user interactions in the digital space.
- Mastery of Design Tools for Dynamic Prototyping: Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma is essential. These tools will enable you to craft prototypes that effectively communicate the interactive and dynamic aspects of the UI, illustrating how design elements behave in different user scenarios.
- Enhanced "Motion" Interaction Design: Ability to integrate motion design into our UIs to create more engaging and intuitive user experiences. This includes designing subtle animations that guide users through their interactions with our digital products.
- Social Media Assets Creation: You'll be responsible for designing eye-catching and engaging social media graphics that capture the essence of our clients' campaigns and messages. Your designs will need to be adaptable across various social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency while optimising for each platform's unique requirements.
- AI assistance and Automation: View AI as a tool to help reduce repetitive tasks, understanding that some elements of a design may need to change to adapt to specific context, audience, times of day. Thinking how it could be scaled automatically and look perfect and on-brand.
