Title: Sales & Marketing Administrator 

Location: Reading &/ Or Remote worker

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on agreed working weeks and experience)- Plus commission based bonus. 

This role could suit either someone as a first step into a career in sales as a 52 week position, or an experiences Sales Administrator who is looking for a term time only role.

Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you'll be the secret ingredient behind our seamless Sales and Marketing Team.

Design and Workload Management:

  • Email Inbox Guru: Juggle requests, update planners, and be the go-to for Monday software management.
  • Invoice Extraordinaire: Submit, log, and handle queries like a pro.
  • Canva Wizard: Create and manage templates that make our team and schools look fabulous.

Homegrown Hub Hero:

  • Close accounts with flair and keep our content fresh.
  • Manage printer stock, optimize user flow, and answer school queries with a smile.
  • Support marketing launches and uploads every term.

Sales Administration Superstar:

  • Bid Management: Set up bid plans and keep timelines on track.
  • Diary Dynamo: Coordinate schedules for our sales and operations teams.
  • Invoice Handling: Manage and process sales-related invoices.
  • Create monthly board reports that wow.

Marketing and Events Enthusiast:

  • Ad/Article Maestro: Ensure we never miss a deadline for ads and articles.
  • Event Whiz: Help organize roadshows, RP7s, conferences, and awards like a champ.
  • Attend inspiring meetings and creativity days with our sister company.

General Administrative Genius:

  • Tender Administration: Set up bid plans, manage design slots, and handle strategy calls.
  • Presentation Prep: Organize tender copies, set up pre-presentation calls, and book rehearsals.
  • Telesales Support: Provide campaign lists, manage follow-ups, and keep sales reports up to date.
  • CRM Management: Keep our opportunities current, save tenders, update win/loss notes.
  • Reference Site Visits: Arrange and coordinate site visits.
  • Conference Coordination: Manage RSVPs, logistics, and hotel allocations for events.

Qualifications
  • Organisational and time management skills that are second to none.

  • Familiarity with Canva and CRM systems (we can train you!).
