Position Overview

Oracle Cloud EPM Specialist. Consolidations, Planning, and Essbase professional with direct responsibility of managing and maintaining the Oracle EPM platform, which includes FCCS, EPBCS and Essbase applications. Liaison between business teams and IT.

What you'll do

  • Configure and administer recently implemented EPM EPBCS and FCCS applications (and could extend to ARCS, EDMCS, and other applications in the future)
  • Strong command of Oracle’s out-of-the-box modules and functionalities
  • Review and testing of monthly Oracle EPM updates/ patches
  • Develop processes and control framework for financial systems and reporting tools
  • Capable to design, develop, maintain EPM Cubes (ASO or BSO), Workflows, Reports, and Integrations via APIs or Data Management tools
  • Add new functionality and enhancements to the deployed reporting solution
  • Data mapping and validation support for 50+ global business units from multiple ERP systems to global standard financial structure
  • Maintenance of data load rules and data management
  • Experience writing Business Rules within an Oracle Cloud EPM Product
  • Work closely with business end-users to identify new functionality and requirements
  • Implement new user requirements in EPM modules
  • Point of contact for EPM related issues and works closely with IT organization to resolve user and system issues in a timely manner

Who you are

  • Bachelors in one of the following: Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Knowledge of Financial Systems and IT terminologies a must
  • Oracle EPM: FCCS and EPBCS, Essbase, BSO / ASO, Data Management, EPM Automation
  • Must have experience in financial month-end closing and consolidation, financial reporting, planning and forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management systems, such as Oracle Cloud EPM / Hyperion, OneStream, Anaplan, BPC
  • Ability to develop and maintain business rules, data forms, task list and EPM automate scripts
  • Must have solid understanding of change control and testing methodologies
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc) skills
  • Must have experience with the Groovy programming language for the Java platform
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic a plus.
  • Ability to work as a liaison between functional business groups and Information Technology
  • Must have strong communication (verbal / written) and management organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Maintain a positive can do attitude and proactively reach out to users to provide good customer service
