MBG Digital is looking for a Director of Acquisition who will relish the challenge of driving huge growth for some of the most innovative and most talked about new brands within the online casino space. This role involves leading the strategic deployment of ground-breaking acquisition activities across both foundational and future facing platforms and technologies, and so requires a truly new world thinker who can combine the worlds of traditional casino and sportsbook with crypto and web3 to drive the next generation of acquisition strategy.


The role:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a our new Director of Acquisition.


The online casino industry is a highly competitive and fast evolving global industry. MBG Digital is looking for a Director of Acquisition who will relish the challenge of driving huge growth for some of the most innovative and most talked about new brands within the online casino space. This role involves leading the strategic deployment of ground-breaking acquisition activities across both foundational and future facing platforms and technologies, and so requires a truly new world thinker who can combine the worlds of traditional casino and sportsbook with crypto and web3 to drive the next generation of acquisition strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure our casinos are listed at as many relevant affiliate partners as possible
  • Fully spend assigned affiliate budget ($1m+/month) distributed on relevant casino partners in relevant markets
  • Negotiate existing affiliate deals (& Keep partners happy)
  • Analyze existing affiliate traffic and oversee PNL for affiliate marketing
  • Travel to conferences, meet partners face to face and develop a network of affiliates around MBG


Skills:

  • Experience with casino crypto and/or fiat affiliation, ideally 7-10 years of experience in acquisition marketing, preferably within the online casino.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving profitable player acquisition in competitive markets.
  • Experience from unregulated casino markets, especially a bonus if IT/FR/NL/UK/SE/DE & Asian market
  • Familiar with especially affiliate casino SEO, other channels such as paid, apps newsletters, pops etc are optional
  • Experience in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams focused on acquisition and growth.
