Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for DTC Agency, including writing briefs, sourcing creators, and managing creator relationships
  • Write compelling direct response copy and design materials that align with the brand's messaging and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative strategies
  • Analyze and report on the performance of creative strategies to inform future campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative strategist role, preferably within the DTC industry
  • Strong writing and design skills, with the ability to create compelling direct response copy and materials
  • Full stack capabilities, including experience in writing briefs, sourcing creators, and managing creator relationships
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work full time (30-40 hours per week) and be available during EST time zone
  • Fluent in English with the ability to write and communicate effectively in the language
