Authentication Engineer (SSO)

Overview:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking an IAM Authentication Engineer to join its Information Security Office (ISO). This position will be reporting to the Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering and will be responsible for leveraging leading tools, technologies, and processes. The Engineer will work collaboratively across the organization and its subsidiaries to integrate Identity and Access management solutions that will enhance the security posture while improving the end-user experience. This individual will be working closely with Information Technology teams to drive integration and streamline processes.

LOCATION

• This position can sit 100% remote. If located near Jacksonville, FL – some onsite may be required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs all administration duties for the MS Azure/Entra ID authentication toolset.
• Assists application developers with integrating into Azure for authentication.
• Develops and maintains detailed technical, process and security documentation related to the authentication integrations.
• Engineer solutions to ensure that Azure performs according to defined business processes, meets defined policy, and complies with security policies.
• Serves as the Azure/Entra ID authentication SME to troubleshoot and support issues.
• Performs all administration duties for the credential vaulting solution.
• Engineer solutions to ensure that credential vaulting solution performs according to defined business processes, meets defined policy, and complies with security policies.
• Serves as the vaulting solution SME to troubleshoot and support issues.
• Develops and supports account hygiene best practices.
• Ability to provide IAM representation on various technical projects as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BS in Computer Science or Business with emphasis in IT or equivalent
• Requires 3+ years of experience in engineering and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions and services.
• Requires 3+ years of experience integrating applications and business services with IAM Solutions.
• Requires 3+ years of experience in user account provisioning in a broad range of IT systems.
• Working knowledge of authentication and single-sign-on tools and protocols and PAM functions
• Working knowledge of Windows server environments, Active Directory, MS Azure, Okta, Databases, and Unix/Linux platforms.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Programing languages: PowerShell, SQL
• Web technologies: SSO, SAML, OAuth + OIDC, HTML, XML, TLS / SSL Certificates, HTTP (REST APIs), Web and Application Server Administration
• Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with many levels of Management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.
• Well organized, with good attention to detail
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Ability to guide development teams and provide code-level support for integrating apps into various platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk, and others.
• Expertise with Terraform or comparable IaC solutions.
