The Group Brand Marketing Manager is a brand custodian for Endeavour Group, you will work across a broad range of business needs & initiatives whilst also leading a team. 

This role contributes to the development, governance and growth of the Endeavour Group brand by contributing to the strategic brand plan, managing all associated projects end to end and working cross functionally with the broader marketing team, business stakeholders and our agency partners.

Here is a taste of what you can expect as the Group Brand Marketing Manager:

  • Deliver all Group Brand plans, projects and activations, ensuring it delivers to the business strategy and marketing objectives. 
  • Manage the delivery of the Group Brand marketing calendar & activation plan 
  • Actively champion our brand identity to ensure all brand touch points bring to life our brand personality,  tone or voice and guidelines.
  • Work with stakeholders and key users of the Endeavour Group brand to provide brand consultation and  approval on brand materials, managing the delivery of our Group brand assets to ensure consistency.
  • Review all brand activity to ensure results, feedback and learnings are captured and  make recommendations for optimisations and future activity.
  • Partner with our Investor Relations and ESG teams to deliver our annual reporting suite including the Annual Report, Sustainability Report and Modern Slavery Statement.  
  • Manage our Endeavour Group industry sponsorships and events at a national and regional level.
  • You’ll be accountable for the creative briefs across all channels to ensure concept and creative is on brand and that there is clarity of message for the customer and a consistent customer journey. 
  • Lead the post campaign review across each channel, ensuring each PIR has a strong executive summary on key learnings and performance and that new campaigns are using data and insights from existing and  previous projects.  
  • Drive efficiency of spend across the business on projects that activate the Group brand e.g AGM, Investor  day presentations, supplier comms. 
  • Effectively manage budgets.
  • Lead a small team and role models the Endeavour Group values and ways of working. 

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Experience (8+ years) in a marketing role, with experiences in brand and campaign management.
  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans over a 1-5  year horizon. 
  • Creative flair and outside-the-box thinking to create innovative ways  to go-to-market. 
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of team across a complex matrix operating model.
  • Experience in influencing internal stakeholders including marketing  teams and your peers within a cross functional business. 
  • Experience managing external agencies and briefing creative teams.
  • Experience leveraging customer insights to derive a plan.
  • Excellent presentation and data storytelling skills 
  • Experienced in retail, drinks or hospitality desirable.
  • Project management & agile mindset/experience an advantage.
