The Lead Tech Business Management role is responsible for SAART Suite operations support, client support, and implementation of processes, procedures, and changes to support business strategies. Platform knowledge and technical experience are used daily to make fast, broadly impacting decisions to ensure accurate data and results from SAART.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Must have knowledge and experience with Azure Sequel Server, Snowflake, Java type platforms.

  • Designs and implements changes, improvements, corrections to SAART Suite platforms: SAART, SAARTWeb, RUSS, MDFA, and SPDR.

  • Coordinates CDO and vendor / offshore resources to schedule daily processes, resolve referential integrity issues, defects, and maintenance.

  • Interacts with peers and leadership within and across multiple groups and workstreams as well as external vendors and technical support.

  • Discretion and Independ Decision Making

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly this position makes decisions that impact the business across multiple organizations, technical processes, business processes, and platform interfaces.

  • This position sets, evaluates, manages, and changes daily / weekly system processing, prioritizes defects, maintenance, and system fixes.

  • Tests and evaluates for referential integrity issues between key tables and processes (out of 8k) and determines solutions and solution implementation affecting internal team and external groups, such as CDO, IBM, AMDOCS, and business clients.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure Sequel Server

  • Must be a strong, process / operations / solutions owner.

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and effectively communicate business information to technical support.

  • Ability to proactively seek out, identify, and address problems that arise at the intersection of technical and business operations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and energetically with cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients, users, and support from different areas.

  • Ability to analyze data and information to make informed decisions and recommendations.

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements, priorities, technologies, and business needs.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Snowflake / Java type platforms.

  • Ability work with a variety of systems (inputs and outputs), no need to be an expert in all of them but need to be able to learn and interact between SAART and inputs / outputs.

Our Lead Tech Business Managers earn between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
