We're seeking talented individuals to join our team in a unique software engineering role that combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive strategic consulting initiatives.

This a mostly remote position. Relocation is not available for this position. You must live in Brazil today in or near Sao Paulo, Maringa or Capinas. Be a Brazilian citizen or authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java Spring OR .NET framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications.
• Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Implement cloud-based solutions and services.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct technical consultations and provide expert advice on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers.

• Language Skills:
• • Proficiency in conversational English, both written and spoken is required. “B1” or above.

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java Spring Framework OR .NET Framework. 
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of web development principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Nice to Have Technical Skills: 
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Consultative Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and handling client communications effectively.

• Additional Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
