  • Oversee the work of project leads and provide guidance around schedule, scope, and deliverable for team members reporting to you.
  • Build relationships with project team members including client contacts, stakeholders, federal partners, and vendor contacts. You’ll also communicate project and delivery status to our clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and training with the project team including the client and client partners to achieve project goals.
  • Develop your own career plan and mentor BerryDunn team members.
  • Participate in marketing and new business development activities, such as writing blog posts, attending conferences, participating in industry groups, leading/participating in prospective client business development meetings, reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assisting with go/no-go decision-making, and developing responses to RFPs—in collaboration with BerryDunn’s Business Development team.

  • Behavioral health strategy and implementation such as Comprehensive Community Behavioral Health Centers (CCBHCs) and/or SUD/OUD.
  • Supporting skills such as stakeholder engagement, research, and meeting facilitation
  • Alternative experience working for managed care plans and/or state Medicaid managed care plans, or other relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and problem solving for clients as well as using critical thinking skills to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client relationship building skills
