Job Summary
The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a crucial role as the primary liaison between clients and Veradigm, ensuring high client retention and satisfaction. This role requires deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and other healthcare programs.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Advocate for clients internally to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, including researching issues, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems related to Medicare/Medicaid programs, X12 EDI files (837, 999, 277, U277), and state response file types.
  • Guide clients through corrective steps and document solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and optimize system performance based on client feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and Veradigm product updates to maintain and improve subject matter expertise.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for professional development and knowledge enhancement through training and networking.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years relevant work experience (Preferred)
  • Prior customer service or systems admin experience in a software product
  • Experience with AWS, S3, IIS, Aginity, or Microsoft SQL Server (Preferred)
  • Experience with medical claims or risk adjustment data (Preferred)
