We provide embedded sourcing and recruitment services to our clients on a subscription-based model. We work with start-ups, scale-ups and corporates, typically but not limited to the technology domain. Our clients include names like TikTok, Miro, Eneco, Deel, Stripe and Booking.com.

The role:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to work with some of our exciting clients from a 3 to 12 months contracts minimum, with the potential to extend.

Your Impact @ Matchr:

In your role as a Technical Recruiter, your mission will be to turn technical talent into hires by building strong stakeholder relationships and talent processes, while working as an individual contributor with a solid focus on delivering top candidates for our client.

What you will be bringing to Matchr:

  • Relevant capability (3+ years) in hiring technical (full stack, backend, frontend) roles.
  • Experience working in a high growth environment, a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting in the European market and collaboration with international clients.
  • Good experience with stakeholder management and building scalable recruitment processes
