Write and edit compelling copy for email, banner and push notification campaigns, working closely together with our Campaign Manager
Craft messaging specific to different customer segments and customer lifecycle stages
Collaborate closely with the Brand and Content teams to understand and deliver the voice of our brand
Collaborate closely with out Creative team to execute comprehensive and aligned campaigns together
Research topics around our company and industry trends to execute on different content strategies
Conduct A/B tests on copy and monitor Marketing KPIs to improve campaign performance and build-up a learnings repository
