ROLE & TEAM

We are currently seeking a Operations Specialist - Maternity Cover (f/m/x) to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of sales and customer service processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction, managing tenant and property owner relationships, and coordinating with external suppliers and maintenance teams. This position requires you to be based or willing to relocate to Trento and you working remotely from there.


As a Customer and Sales Representative, your core activities will include:

  • Sales Activities: manage prospects, schedule commercial visits and conduct sales visit
  • Tenant Requests Management: promptly and professionally address tenant inquiries and requests, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Check-in/Check-out Organization: organize check-in and check-out appointments with our vendor and verify documentation.
  • Administration and Property Management: manage requests from administrations, property owners, and insurance companies, accurately and timely.
  • External Suppliers Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers. Ensure suppliers meet the company’s standards and requirements, coordinating services as needed.
  • Maintenance Requests Management: address and oversee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance requests and ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues through coordination with maintenance teams. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.


What you'll need to be successful in this role:
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar Operations role (managing clients requests, handling administrative papers and interacting with vendors)
  • Proficiency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Some experience with ZenDesk is a nice to have.
  • Being based or willing to relocate to Trento, Italy.
  • Being already in possession of a permit to work in Italy.
