Role Overview:
As a Senior Analytics QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our analytics and SEO implementations across frontend (web, Android, and iOS) components and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies that ensure the integrity of analytics data and SEO configurations. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong background in both manual testing and analytics validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate the quality assurance practice by validating the accuracy of analytics implementations (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Segment) and SEO configurations.
Serve as the go-to person for ensuring data integrity and accuracy in analytics and SEO implementations;
- Collaborate with development and product teams to identify, document, and resolve defects related to analytics and SEO;
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of our components;
- Mentor and guide less senior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement;
- Apply concepts such as the Test Pyramid to optimize testing efforts;
- Implement and maintain solutions for regression and acceptance testing, with a focus on analytics and SEO validation;
- Define, collect, measure, and present Quality Metrics for continuous improvement;
- Utilize task management tools (e.g., GitLab, JIRA) for efficient workflow management;
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in validating analytics implementations (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer, Segment) and SEO configurations;
- Proven track record in planning, controlling, specifying, and executing tests for web-based applications;
- Strong knowledge of the testing pyramid and its practical application;
- Native or very advanced Spanish 🇪🇸;
- Advanced English 🇬🇧 communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills;
- Experience in a CI/CD environment and understanding of how QA integrates into these processes;
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools;
- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., GitLab, JIRA).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest) for both backend and frontend;
- Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, SASS/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript);
- Experience with React and backend languages such as Java or Kotlin;
- Understanding of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and tools like Cucumber;
- Experience with mobile test automation (e.g., Appium) and mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
