Schedule: Full-time, 40 paid hours per week
• Mondays to Fridays
• 9am - 6pm(10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila Time) includes 1 hr. unpaid break US EST

Job/Company Overview: The prospect runs a wholesale investment company focused on family rental properties. His company purchases properties, renovates them, and rents them out to families. As a wholesale company, they aim to buy properties at below market rates through various methods and partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
● Handle all incoming inquiries and communications both internal and external
● Coordinating inspections of properties
● Managing title work and ownership transfers
● Coordinating closings on properties
● Tracking contract deadlines
Requirements:
● Experience as a real estate transaction coordinator
● Proficiency with Gmail, Google Sheets, DocuSign
● Strong communication skills
● Attention to detail
● Ability to multitask
