What you’ll be doing...

Define robust and maintainable architectures and designs, especially distributed systems like microservice architecture. Understanding customer business challenges. Implement cluster scheduling technologies like Kubernetes and containerization technologies like Docker. Transform legacy ITSM (IT Service management) systems to ServiceNow ITSM based platform with industry standard ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) based design. Design and develop software products using React, Angular, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Node JS. Establish technical standards and create software framework for application development, testing and delivery. Build APIs that are TM Forum compliant, implement API security using Apigee proxy and ensure APIs are following OpenAPI standards using 42crunch scans. End to end implementation and support of software development lifecycle starting from Git repository creation and manage developer access. Create and maintain CI/CD pipeline setup to build the code, Security Scans like Black Duck, SonarQube and HP fortify, and deploying Docker images to containers in AWS and OCI clouds. Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely manner. Identify, own, and drive resolutions to gaps in the lifecycle delivery processes for our customers. Mentor/delegate work to other software developers.

What we’re looking for...

Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information System Security, or related field and 4 years in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 4 years performing full stack software development. Experience therein to include 4 years with Back End Java developer; GUI experience using React, Angular, EXT JS; using JavaScript, Node JS, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud; and developing TM forum compliant API’s, apigee. In lieu of a Master’s degree and 4 years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the above. Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.

RATE OF PAY: $150,844 to $229,000 per year.
