Drive Strategic Development Initiatives and Best Practices:
  • Develop enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform, spanning all layers from data modeling and integrations to business logic and UI.
  • Assist in migrating legacy systems into the OutSystems ecosystem.
  • Consistently enforce development best practices such as SOLID and Clean code principles.
  • Advocate the OutSystems development approach and best practices.
  • Build and integrate with internal and external APIs.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality software.
  • Analyze user requirements and create relevant user stories and specifications for development.
  • Foster high-touch collaboration across product teams and manage teams effectively.
  • Collaborate on team growth through peer coding, code review, and knowledge transfer.
  • Orchestrate and plan smooth, continuous software deployments.

Requirements

Meet Criteria for Expertise:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of solid experience working with OutSystems progressive web and mobile.
  • Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration, and Lifetime tools.
  • OutSystems Certification: Web Associate Developer or higher.
  • Knowledgeable in implementing SOA and Microservices within OutSystems.
  • Knowledgeable about Cloud technologies (Queue, Instance, Storage, Database, and Services).
  • Deep knowledge of Databases (RDBMS, NoSQL, Big Data).
  • Knowledge of .NET C# is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable about best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Design Thinking principles).
  • Extensive knowledge of common web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience using Jira Project Management software.
  • Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, and API development.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
  • Agile experience (SCRUM).
