Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-2 years relevant order management experience, Singapore 'home base' strongly preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Oversee and run day-to-day order fulfilment operations for APAC
- Receive, prioritize, process, and release customer orders for shipment
- Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints
- Develop operating goals, monitor objectives, facilitate cross-departmental interaction
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
