About the job:

Role: Operations/Onboarding Associate
Work Schedule: Full Time | 40 hrs per week | Must be flexible in US Timezone | Remote Forever!
Salary Range: US$1000 - US$1300 (dependent on skills and experience)
Employment: Independent Contractor (you will receive your salary in full without any deductions!)

Role and Responsibilities:

We're searching for an Operations and Onboarding Associate who will play a vital role in optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring seamless onboarding processes. Your responsibilities include efficiently managing appointment scheduling to enhance patient flow and accessibility to medical services, implementing process improvements to streamline administrative workflows, and handling documentation requests with precision and compliance. 

Additionally, you'll oversee the credentialing and licensing processes for nursing practitioners, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and facilitating their smooth integration into our healthcare system. Medical Practice Admin Support

  • Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling to optimize patient flow and enhance accessibility to medical services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement within administrative workflows and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency within medical practices.
  • Documentation Requests: Handle requests for medical documentation and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to support patient care and administrative processes.

Nursing Practitioner Onboarding

  • Credentialing: Oversee the credentialing process for nursing practitioners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Licensing: Manage the licensing process, assisting nursing practitioners in obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and certifications.
  • Tracking: Monitor and track the progress of nursing practitioner onboarding, ensuring completion of all required steps and facilitating smooth integration into the healthcare system.

Sales Support

  •    Ensuring new patients have required documents prepared in advance of their visit.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of medical terminologies
  • Prior insurance verification experience with knowledge of CPT and HCPCS coding
  • Prior experience in a medical office, hospital, outpatient clinic, or other healthcare settings
  • Experience working with insurance companies, and have extensive knowledge of different types of coverage and policies
  • Basic E-commerce knowledge
  • Excellent conversational skills with an emphasis on customer service (Good to Excellent)
  • Tech savviness/Computer literacy
  • Prior experience with clinician scheduling or credentialing/enrollment a plus
  • Empathetic, Critical Thinker, Attention to Detail, Curious, Collaborative, Flexible, Customer-centric,  and Proactive.
