ABOUT THIS POSITION  

Reporting to the Director of Ecosystem Effectiveness, the Manager, Field Training position will assess the effectiveness of Inspires’ sales training curriculum and drive solutions to improve best practices and tactics across the field organization. This role will partner closely with the Sales Leadership team to continually evaluate the training needs of the US Sales organization and implement effective solutions at the regional level. 

 

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE  

  • Partner with the Sales Training team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales training plan aligned with Inspire goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales training priorities and objectives.
  • Help design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs tailored to the needs of teams at the regional level.
  • Research and evaluate new sales methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance training programs.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, such as instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning to effectively deliver training.
  • Provide input on training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and adjust as needed.

 

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (Masters’ degree a plus).  
  • In-depth experience in the medical device industry with a background in sales, sales training, and/or marketing.   
  • Experience working cross functionally within an organization. 
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness.
  • Experience launching new medical technology. 
  • High impact communication skills. 
  • Proven record of working effectively with sales teams.  
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
