Description

Step into the forefront of Web3  and Tech reporting with our esteemed news outlet. We are seeking a dynamic Japanese-speaking Tech & Web3 Journalist to deliver compelling narratives and captivate our Japanese audience. You will play a pivotal role, working hand in hand with our editorial team to craft precise, relevant articles that uphold our brand's integrity and timeliness.

Responsibilities:

• News Content Creation: Daily, produce at least three news articles spotlighting the tech and Web3 industries.
• Engagement Through Insight: Provide our readers with accurate, SEO-optimized reporting, focusing on the stories that shape the tech and Web3 landscape.

Core Tasks:

• Produce Timely Content: Write at daily news articles, each around 1,000 Japanese characters, on Web3/blockchain/tech market. (The estimated daily output is 3 news articles+)
• Innovative Reporting: Develop engaging content with a keen eye for SEO and journalistic integrity.
• Breaking News: Respond and update on breaking news swiftly.
• Research and Analysis: Keep watch trends within the Japanese and global Web3/tech scenes and conduct thorough research.
• Strategic Analysis: Monitor competitor news and market trends for strategic content planning.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with the editorial team to brainstorm and generate impactful story ideas

Essential Requirements

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Possess a deep understanding of on-page SEO.
• Be well-versed in Web3 and tech industry.
• Previous writing or journalism experience (at least 1-2 years), even through internships or coursework is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional research and fact-checking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
