We're in pursuit of a proficient Japanese-speaking News Editor and Writer to lead our news team and craft thought-provoking articles. In this influential role, you'll oversee the journalistic integrity of our news content, manage a dedicated team of reporters, and engage our audience with well-researched, SEO-rich stories that are at the cutting edge of the crypto, Web3 and tech spheres.

Responsibilities Include:

• Editorial Leadership: Edit, manage, and supervise the work of a team of journalists, ensuring top-tier news coverage.
• Insightful Articles: Compose insightful, thoroughly researched, and engaging articles that highlight the latest in crypto and Web3 news.
• SEO Mastery: Apply your on-page SEO skills to maximize the reach and impact of our content.
• Content Management: Oversee the editing and refinement of news content from journalists and contributors, including PRs.
• Collaborative Workflow: Work with the content team to ensure a consistent and quality stream of content is maintained.
• Credibility and Accuracy: Ensure all news stories are fact-checked and maintain the highest standards of journalism and SEO optimization.

Core Tasks:

• Write Compelling Stories: Create and refine articles that capture our readers' attention, with a focus on strong SEO practices to help our content rank well in searches.
• Quick Response to News: Be the first to report on breaking news, providing fast and thorough stories.
• Stay Informed: Constantly update your knowledge of the Japanese and global crypto, Web3 and Tech scenes to write authoritative pieces.
• Competitive Awareness: Analyze competitor content and market trends to stay ahead in news coverage.
• Team Story Building: Work with our writers to come up with new and exciting topics, ensuring everyone contributes to the story-making process.
• Lead the Editing Team: Take charge of the editing process. Make sure every news article is clear, interesting, and accurate.

Essential Requirements:

• Be well-versed in cryptocurrencies, Web3, and Tech.
• Previous writing or journalism experience (at least 3-5 years) is must.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• Possess a deep understanding of on-page SEO.
  

Nice to have requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional research and fact-checking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Ideal Person:

The ideal Japanese News Editor and Writer(Web3, Crypto, Tech) should be native in Japanese, has a strong grasp of journalistic principles. Also has a passion for crypto and tech industry
