Your missions

Park Place Finance, a leading direct, nationwide private money lender is seeking an experienced loan officer in Nevada with connections to fix and flip clients to join their 1099 platform that offers 100k+ commission opportunities on their private lending on fix and flip, bridge and ground up construction investment projects.

With nearly $2 billion in loans closed, Park Place Finance can close quickly in 3-5 days for your clients needing private lending, without the hassle of a traditional loan process.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in either conventional lending, real estate, or have clients who fix and flip houses. Training, CRM and marketing support provided.

Conventional loan officers and loan brokers in the state of Nevada are encouraged to apply, and either keep their conventional license with their current company, or we can sponsor your license and close conventional/ jumbo/VA/FHA loans in CA,TX,CO, FL.

This is a remote, 1099 commission only position that can either be part time or full time, with the opportunity to move to W2 salary plus commission plus benefits once 3 transactions are closed. Our top loan officers make over $400,000 per year, average year one income full time $105,000.
