Golang Team Leader

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Golang Team Leader to join our team in Warsaw, Poland or remote.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team in the development for 1+ year.
• Development experience for Go 2+ year
• Understanding how to develop and implement scalable and reliable software solutions
• Problem-solving skills GitLab and GitLab CI
• Experience with multiple databases (RDMBS, NoSQL,SQL, Redis,....) and messaging services (Kafka, NATS, …)
• System design skills REST/RPC transports Docker, Kubernetes Experience with micro-services design and development Experience with software engineering best practices: unit testing, code reviews, design documentation
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Russian

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a team that will be involved in building a secure and efficient digital system that facilitates online transactions by connecting e-commerce websites or mobile apps with financial institutions, enabling a seamless transfer of funds between customers and merchants. You will integrate various payment methods such as credit cards, digital wallets and alternative payment options to offer customers convenient and flexible payment terms, ultimately enabling businesses to securely accept online payments and efficiently manage their financial transactions.
