Schedule:

40 hour work week

Some OT and weekends

Monitors and operates equipment and facilities, including field

equipment, insuring quality and conformance with standard operating

procedures. Maintains safety standards at all times and initiates and

follows emergency procedures when necessary. Rotates through various

roles within the area, including, in some cases, a control room

rotation.

Reports to: Shift Lead

Additional Physical Demands / Working Conditions are:

Sitting/standing/walking; Stair climbing, Bending/stooping/twisting;

Kneeling/crouching/crawling; Reaching above shoulders; Repetitive

motion; Operates mobile equipment; lifting/carrying; Pushing/pulling; Lifting/carrying 50 pounds

or less; Wear protective clothing including eye, ear, head, and foot

protection; Use of additional PPE such as respirators, may be required;

Noise; Heights; Possible exposure to

dusts/mists/fumes/solvents; Wet/damp/icy walking and working surfaces;

Indoor and outdoor working conditions; Hot and cold.

Required:

• HS Diploma or equivalency
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability work standing up to 8 hour days
• Capability to learn quickly and work in a self directed team environment
• Comfortable working with hazardous materials

Preferred:

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Previous experience operating fork trucks
• Working knowledge of Personal computers
