Job Title: Financial Controller (Remote)
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 4000 USD + Possibility of bonuses

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

Client Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. This role focuses on finance, client support, and project management, primarily within service businesses and e-commerce sectors. The successful candidate will start with managing 3-5 clients, with the potential to grow their portfolio to 10-15 clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee bookkeeping, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic growth advisory.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently and remotely, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize financial software and tools, including accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in service businesses and e-commerce.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Good English language ability; accent is not a priority.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with FathomHQ, Xero Books, Solver Global, and INxSQL.
