We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) who will play a critical role in leveraging the broad strategic financial and analytical expertise and perspective to provide insights, set objectives and drive transformation initiatives that will ensure a sustainable business.
The Finance Enterprise Partner is part of the Finance Team in the Roche BeLux affiliate and reports to the Head of Finance. Additionally, the FEP is also part of the broader Finance Community and is committed to drive outcomes by joining squads on an above country level.
Your impact as a Finance Enterprise Partner
You lead financial strategy alignment while collaborating closely with the business to align financial strategies with overall corporate objectives, ensuring coherence and synergy across the organisation.
You support data driven decision making as you utilise financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes. You enable informed choices that drive business growth and profitability.
You drive best resource allocation decisions, both short and long term to maximise value to patients, partners and Roche.
You drive outcomes by joining outcome squads on an above country level for Pharma Finance.
You balance the roles of trusted advisor and guardian to reveal opportunity, manage risk, and optimise resource allocation to ensure a financially sustainable business.
You provide Financial transparency across the affiliate.
You act as a critical thought partner to the business teams in shaping the long-term direction of Roche.
What you bring to the role
You have a strong expertise in corporate finance and financial modelling.
You are strong at defining data-driven strategy as you utilise data for strategic decision-making and trend anticipation. You integrate diverse data sources to formulate effective strategies.
You have innovative problem solving skills, you excel in challenging conventional thinking and you balance a detail-oriented approach with a focus on overarching goals. You have the ability to manage ambiguity.
You demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach and you know how to prioritise customer experience through data-driven decisions. You stay updated on external trends affecting business operations.
You dispose of collaborative leadership skills , you know how to inspire and influence teams towards common objectives. You are proficient in financial and corporate finance principles, with strong communication skills.
