Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Commercial & Residential Field Specialist! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to small business and commercial customers, as well as some residential locations. Install energy-efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre, and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support Account Managers in their efforts to influence stakeholders, to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

• Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews and energy audits of complex and large-scale commercial buildings. Complete on-site verifications and electronic review of field data entered into the program database.

• Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and effectiveness of products. Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

• Travel throughout a defined territory. (company vehicle provided)

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 4-8 years of relevant industry experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred.

Physical Nature of the Job 

• Bending, crouching, kneeling frequently

• Sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time

• Use repetitive hand motion

• Use power tools

Driving 

• Are at least 21 years of age 

• Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard

$53,000.00 - $79,600.00
