Job description

Your missions

This is a remote position.

Full-time

9 AM to 6 PM EDT
Monday-Friday

1-hour unpaid break

Client Overview:

This rapidly growing financial services company provides lending and origination services to businesses. With a lean team of around 15 employees, they rely on outsourced support for various back-office operations, including credit underwriting, administrative tasks, pipeline management, customer service, collections, and marketing. The company is seeking to diversify its outsourcing partners to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, and text
Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments
Update account notes and disposition accounts in the CRM (Monday.com)
Maintain accurate records of collection efforts
Comply with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
